This is a static informational website. We do not collect personal data through forms, user accounts, or interactive features on this site.
We operate the web server for this site ourselves, on infrastructure provided by our hosting provider (see Section 5). For the technical operation and security of the site, the server records standard access logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp. These logs are stored within the European Union and are retained only for a short period before being automatically rotated and deleted.
3. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting technologies.
4. Fonts
All web fonts used on this website are self-hosted on our own server. No requests are made to third-party font services such as Google Fonts. Loading the fonts therefore does not transmit your IP address to any external font provider.
5. Third-Party Services
- Hosting: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Amazon Lightsail) (privacy notice) — provides the server infrastructure on which we host this site. Our server is located in the AWS region eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany), so site delivery and access logs are processed within the European Union.
- Email: Microsoft Corporation via Microsoft 365 (privacy statement) — used for receiving and responding to email enquiries sent to hello@nekotan.io. Email content is stored on Microsoft Exchange Online servers operating under Microsoft's EU Data Boundary commitment.
Pinterest profiles linked from this site (The Skin Atelier, Trailgrade) operate under Pinterest's own privacy policy, which applies once you click through to those platforms.
6. Affiliate Links and Disclosure
Content published under our brands on external platforms (Pinterest, Instagram, etc.) may include affiliate links to retailers such as Amazon. When you click an affiliate link and complete a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Tracking of such purchases is governed by the respective retailer's and affiliate program's privacy policy. This website itself does not transmit personal data to retailers or affiliate networks.
